中文摘要:针对天然气集输管道工程(包括集气管道工程和输气管道工程)用4项无缝钢管标准在技术要求上的差异,从无缝钢管化学成分中的有害元素磷和硫的含量、制造方法、冲击试验及非金属夹杂/带状组织等方面,理论上分析对无缝钢管性能和质量的影响,进而对天然气集输管道工程设计规范和工业管道设计规范在GB/T 8163《输送流体用无缝钢管》的使用规定上存在较大技术分歧的现状作多方面的分析,包括GB/T 8163《输送流体用无缝钢管》编制历史变迁,与采标标准EN 10216—1:2004《用于压力的无缝钢管交货技术条件第1部分规定室温性能的非合金钢管》的差异,GB 150.2—2011《压力容器第2部分材料》的有关规定等,提出对GB/T 8163—2018《输送流体用无缝钢管》无缝钢管使用条件的建议。同时,对GB 6479—2013《高压化肥设备用无缝钢管》、GB/T 5310—2017《高压锅炉用无缝钢管》、GB/T 8163—2018《输送流体用无缝钢管》及GB/T 9711—2017《石油天然气工业管线输送系统用钢管》技术上的差异进行比较分析,提出了天然气集输管道工程选用4项无缝钢管标准的使用条件和应补充的技术要求,以期保证工程安全和节省投资。

 In order to address the differences in technical requirements of the four standards of seamless steel pipe used in natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline engineering ( including gas transmission pipeline engineering and gas gathering pipeline engineering ), theoretical analysis of the hazardous element P.S content in the chemical composition of seamless steel pipe, manufacturing method, impact test, non-metallic inclusions, band structure, etc. , has been carried out to determine their influence on the performance and quality of seamless steel pipe. Furthermore, the current situation that there is a big technical difference between the design specifications of natural gas pipeline engineering and industrial pipeline design specifications on the use of “Seamless Steel Pipe for the Transmission of Fluids GB/T 8163” has been analyzed in many aspects, including GB/T 8163 compilation historical revisions, the differences with the standard EN10216—1:2004, relevant provisions in GB150. 2—2011, etc. ; to arrive at recommendations on the application conditions of seamless steel pipe in GB/T 8163—2018. Finally, comparative analysis of the technical differences between GB6479—2013, GB/T 5310—2017, GB/T 8163—2018 and GB/T 9711—2017 is conducted, resulting in a proposal on the application .condition,togetherwith additional technical requirements, of these four seamless steel pipe standards for natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline engineering.
